MIND READING: Lestat is also capable of reading the thoughts of humans, either as a surface-level skimming of their most immediate thoughts or probing slightly deeper into their consciousness — the only place where this seems to be an exception is with those vampires he has sired directly, such as Claudia or Louis. (Characters who are non-human or magical in nature, especially those with harder mental walls, will definitely be harder for him to get a read on.)
He'll only use his abilities on those who have opted in for such things in threads, so let me know if either or both of these are acceptable by replying below!

He will ping as a little eldritch and hard to encapsulate. But he has no shields and as with Mavis and Wanda I am totally fine with whatever and love brainshare/telepathy stuff.

Mind control permission: I mean, let's be real, he doesn't have to do any luring to begin with, she's an idiot that'll fall for anything hook line and sinker. But as for compelling, this will be to an extent, anything damaging to her she will snap out of once it gets further along, likewise with doing serious hurt to others as that's her largest moral NO!! That's when her Spirit will kick in and be like HEY WHAT, QUIT IT! So essentially for simple actions like "walk here, go there" but anything more intense it's likely to not go further.
Mind reading permission: Hey Lestat, ever heard the saying that you stare too hard things stare back? It'll be like that!
Essentially there will be Gilia which is very much ok for all the surface thoughts that come with her, both her nativity, her simple perceptions of the world, and also her fear of expressing herself, her near-constant self-awareness and hyper-restraint over everything she does that it's a bit like she's walking a tightrope only she can see. She is always singing something in her mind, too, just churning in her head to keep her focused and calm as a meditative process.
Then there is the other bit that will start quiet, and subtle, initially like when you see something corner of your eye in the shadow, but the longer he lingers in her mind, the more he'll start to catch the interest of her Spirit and that it is staring back at him. The Sea-Father can't use mortal language so instead it'll just make itself known by a slowly building weight in return. Sort of forcing a comprehension, to say I See You. Eventually, it'll build to smother even the sound of Gilia's thoughts with the overwhelming encompassing sensation of the whole ocean bearing down on someone, the sound of rushing waves, whale song that vibrates in his head, broken images as it 'communicates' back, but since it's all life it doesn't really understand linear communication so it'll just make the warning to not go further by flashing a lot of images of the life and death cycle of the horrifying shit you see in the bottom of the ocean ripping each other apart. You know. Just chill things.
It's not painful, just heavy, in an existential way of staring at something very big and very unfathomable. I'll leave it up to you if that has any weird effects back on Lestat!
Further plotting: Additionally, as ever, Gilia is an idiot so I am more than happy with him just doing plain old fun manipulation to her, the usual way, and also any time he wants a snack that taste Abyss Flavoured??? is always ok!

Yes to all of the above, though Astarion might be able to resist having his memory wiped at this point. That being said, he will have strong reactions to this when he's no longer fully lulled/hypnotized.
Mind reading permission: Is Lestat capable of reading your character's mind? If not, what sort of shields or barriers might he encounter? Astarion has some shields in place in the form of a weird tadpole in his head, but given that he's no longer fully protected, he can't keep someone out entirely. He might have some fucked up things going on in there so I'll toss you his content warnings.

Mind control permission: Yes and yes. Iggy is highly suggestible due to a past experiences with hypnotism and trance states.

Mind reading permission: Iggy has zero mental shields and is, in fact, a bit of a welcome mat for those sorts of things. He grew up being possessed and put under hypnosis frequently so he has a weird aura of "come on in!"
There is only one part of his mind that is buried, but not by him - the walls there were put in place by the woman who used to put him under trance, hiding the memories of her doing so.

Mind control permission: It would be almost impossible. He's much more susceptible to chemical toxins or aphrodisiacs than he is to attempts at pure mind control. Maybe take advantage of those. Mind control permission: YES but angelo has his own mind/memory powers so he might put up some resistance – at the same time, though, he's very unpracticed, so it's very likely that any of this resistance is entirely accidental on his part. i'm also very open for lestat to chomp on him and try to wipe the memory, but again since angelo has some natural abilities that way already, things might start to seep through 👀 also he is VERY closely intertwined with literal demons so i think his blood might taste a leetle bit different... a certain je ne sais quoi

Robin has been working hard to portray herself a certain way and I'd like to keep building up to that, but there could be a fun dynamic if you think Lestat would play into it in secret. Characters: Nick has some persuasive abilities himself, albeit weak, so while I'm open to this it might be more interesting for Lestat to find he's unable to control Nick, or the trance doesn't really stick. I am open to him trying to remove any memories of being fed upon but if they all sort of rely on the same ability then it might make more sense to say nah (oocly I would like Nick to remember, and also Lestat wouldn't necessarily need his tricks to find Nick willing).
Mind reading permission: Lestat is welcome to read Nick's mind and I'll let you decide how easily or not he's able to do so, given Nick's deal.

Harrow also doesn't have much in the way of mental shields but DOES have the benefits of a self-administered lobotomy to make her hard to read. It's very hard to figure out what is real and what's not in her head, for her let alone anyone else.

Mind control permission: he can try (and might succeed if he catches dorian off-guard), but dorian's a mage and will know Something is happening, even if he doesn't clock exactly what.
Mind reading permission: see above; there isn't really anything in dragon age canon specific to mind-reading iirc, but dorian does have some access to general barrier/protection magic.
